The information provided in this report (in manuscript form) is intended to serve as the 'main body' of a Foreign Buyer's Manual that will be printed, then distributed to potential foreign buyers of U.S. made luggage, and to other related agencies and organizations who might be in a position to assist foreign buyers of luggage items in their efforts to source from within the United States.
