Assessment of the Potential for High Speed Waterborne Passenger Services in Selected United States Sites

This assessment of potential high speed waterborne (HSW) transportation services was performed in two parts: an analysis was conducted to identify candidate sites and markets for HSW services and a detailed market assessment of selected sites was conducted. This report summarizes the assessment of selected sites in the United States and its territories where HSW services could potentially operate on a financially self-sustaining basis.
