Computer-Assisted Data Processing and Analysis System for Ground-Based Meteorological Data Collection

This document describes the development and use of a computer system to aid in processing and analysis of data collected from ground-based measurement systems in the Sierra Cooperative Pilot Project (SCPP). It contains discussions of the primary programs used in data processing and analysis, as well as a discussion of quality control in data processing, and a complete listing of all programs used by AI in SCPP.
