Waste Treatment by Innovative Flotation-Filtration (Sandfloat) and Oxygenation-Ozonation (Oxyozosynthesis) Processes

An innovative waste treatment system involving mainly the use of flotation-filtration (Sandfloat(tm)) for wastewater treatment, and the use of oxygenation-ozonation (Oxyozosynthesis(tm)) and flotation-press (Floatpress(tm)) for sludge treatment, has been developed. A small community in Ohio is chosen as a practical example. Both innovative and conventional systems are introduced, critically reviewed and compared with other systems. Actual technical data of the innovative Sandfloat and Oxyozosynthesis processes are presented.
