Evaluation: A Total Approach. Performance Evaluation for State/County Social Service Programs

摘要

The purpose of the project was to design and test an evaluation data base which could be used by state and local authorities to improve the performance of social service programs. When implemented, the data base will identify and define all social service programs under the authority of the Minnesota DPW; describe the extent to which each program is being utilized in terms of volume and type of persons served; determine the efficiency and cost of each program; and provide decision makers with information concerning the benefits obtained by persons served in each program.
