Leaf Beetles (Chrysomelidae) of Central Asia and Kazakhstan

This book consists of keys to 700 taxa (630 species and 70 subspecies) of leaf beetles from Central Asia and Kazakhstan. It includes many forms which damage cultivated and wild plants. The introduction presents only those morphological structural details used as diagnostic features in taxonomic identification. It also includes information on the biology, food, and feeding habits of leaf beetles of Central Asia, as well as their vertical distribution, plant associations, zoogeographic and regional faunal features (original features and degree of endemism). The introduction concludes with a list of references.
