A performance test was conducted June 7 to 9, 1983, on the vertical-shaft, Francis turbine at Grand Coulee Third Powerplant, Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. Operating characteristics were determined: i.e., horsepower, discharge, efficiency, and flow index calibrations.
