Report of Archeological Work Conducted in the Okfuskee County Tributaries Watershed between 1979 and 1984; and Analysis of the Historic Components at the Cow Creek Site, 340f-24

摘要

Nine prehistoric sites, eleven historic sites, and nine isolated find localities have been recorded. The sites range from Late Archaic through recent Historic Periods. Test excavations are recommended for the two prehistoric sites within the impact zone. A detailed description of materials from the multicomponent Cow Creek Site, 340f-24, are presented.
