Commercial Cooking Equipment Improvement VolumeⅥ Application of Pulse Combustion to Commercial Closed Top Ranges

This report describes the efforts of a project named at improving the operation and efficiency of gas-fired commercial cooking equipsent specifically the development of meant for applying pulse combustion burners to closed top portions of commercial ranges and griddles. A 12" x 24" nodular piles combustion fry top or griddle was designed, constructed and successfully operated in the pulse node. The geometry, size and input rating of the pulse burners very unique efforts are necessity to obtain improved operat ion, temperature tion and efficiency required for consistent coven operation.
