Community Development Strategies Evaluation: Rehabilitation Universe List Field Report and Codebook for Waves I, II and III (Revised)

The report describes the design, procedures, and results associated with one portion of data collection for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Specifically, the field report refers to the completion of Rehabilitation Universe Lists for Waves I, II and III in the nine Community Development Strategies Evaluation (CDSE) sample cities. The Rehabilitation Universe List (RUL) provides summary information for all cases of financial assistance to households from eligible rehabilitation programs. The data provided include: program type, street address information, Census tract and block information, presence of loans and/or grants and/or unspecified amounts, dollar amounts of loans, grants, unspecified amounts, and/or combined amount, date approved, completed, etc., type of date, and link to NORC ID if applicable.
