International Fertilizer Market Informaiton Sources

摘要

Continuous monitoring and assessment of the international market conditions of key fertilize, products, raw materials, and intermediates are vitally important to the decisionmakers of fertilizer supply and marketing strategies in the developing countries. To enable these countries to monitor and assess the international market conditions continuously, the decisionmakers need several types of information and must know where to locate such information. Furthermore, they must develop a mechanism for faster information access and must strengthen their information analysis capabilities. The publication is an expanded and updated version of the publication issued in November 1980. It attempts to (1) identify the types of information that are considered essential for the decisionmakers and (2) highlight the published and unpublished information sources presently known to the author.
