Manning of Security Assistance Organizations and the Selection and Training of Security Assistance Personnel

The Directive replaces Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 2000.10, to update DoD policy, procedures, and responsibilities for the selection and training of personnel to serve in security assistance positions and for processing and approving security assistance organizations joint manpower programs, in accordance with DoD Directives 5105.38, 5132.3, C-5105.32, and Public Law 87-195.
