Nine case field studies were conducted on dour-lane elided highways in Texas and 0k 1 aroma to evaluate two alternative traffic control approaches: single-lone closure in one direction as a crossover with two-lane two way traffic operations (TLTWO). The following variables were studied: 11 worker productivity, 2) job duration 3) construction costs, 4) traffic control deride costs 51 highway user costs 6) accidents 7) conflicts, and 8) capacity.
