Study and Statistical Analysis of Odometer Tampering by Subsequent Purchasers of One-Time Lease Vehicles

The primary purpose of the Study was to determine the extent to which the odometers on one-time lease vehicles are altered and rolled back by subsequent purchasers. The author was also interested in the degree of corollation between odometer mileage reporting and the rate of odometer rollbacks.
