Di-n-pentylphthalate: Reproduction and Fertility Assessment in CD-1 Mice When Administered in Feed (Revised August 1985)

The reproductive toxicity of di-n-pentylphthalate was evaluated according to the Fertility Assessment by Continuous Breeding (FACB) protocol. Di-n-pentylphthalate was administered in feed available ad libitum. Each dose level was independently blended; the amount of test chemical was weighed and mixed with an appropriate amount of feed.
