Waterfront Development Plan: City of Hancock.

摘要

This report examines a portion of the Hancock waterfront for the purpose of providing a plan to guide future developement of the site. Based on data collection, interviews, and investigations, a wide range of ideas were evaluated prior to establishment of the recommended plan. Market and site features analyses indicate that the three block waterfront site is capable of supporting a variety of uses and activities.
