The volume is the third in the four-volume report. The research identifies practical, effective, and implementable mitigation measures to reduce or eliminate the impacts from highway stormwater runoff. The volume documents the approach used to implement the research program. A complete bibliography listing of all identified references and trip reports describing interviews with State highway agency personnel are provided.
