Evaluation of the Recycling of Bituminous Concrete into Aggregate Bituminous Base Course

The report covers the design and construction evaluation of an aggregate bituminous base course (ABBC) mixed cold through a travel plant using milled bituminous pavement as the aggregate source. Results are presented which indicate that milled bituminous pavement can be successfully cold mixed with asphalt emulsion to provide a suitable base course.
