Peanut prices received by farmers for all farmer stock peanuts averaged 33.6 cents per pound for the week ending May 12, down 2.8 cents from the previous week. Marketings of all farmer stock peanuts for the week ending May 12 totaled 59.9 million pounds, up 12.4 million pounds from the previous week. Runner-type peanut prices averaged 32.2 cents per pound for the week ending May 12, down 3.4 cents from the previous week. Marketings of runner-type peanuts were 53.9 million pounds, up 16.2 million pounds from the previous week.
