Development of Diffusion Strategies Among Culturally Diverse Populations

This report presents the findings of a project conducted by the ANROW Sciences Division of Mandex, Inc., for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health (NHLBI:NIH). The purpose of the project was to develop effective strategies for diffusion of cardiovascular health innovation and information among 'culturally diverse populations.' The information contained in this report can be useful to a wide variety of individuals and groups, particularly those who are involved in community health programs. This audience includes program administrators in health education and planning at all levels of government, as well as private organizations and individuals with an interest in promoting community health.
