Audiovisual Programs: Federal Agencies' Cost Reporting and Management Practices

The executive branch audiovisual activities were reviewed, volume and cost of such activities, the agencies' compliance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policies, the perceived poor management of such activities, and the potential for the federal government to realize economies by relying more on the private sector for its audiovisual needs.
