Study of Class 3 Household Goods Carriers and Minority Motor Carriers

摘要

The purpose of the study is to provide insight into how deregulation has affected two segments of the motor carrier industry--household goods carriers and minority-owned motor carriers. The report provides data which reflect the impacts deregulation may have had on financial and operating characteristics of those household goods and minority motor carriers included in the 1983 Class III carrier survey.
