Computer Assisted Learning Chemistry

摘要

Computer Assisted Learning Chemistry, a new technique used for learning and teaching purposes has been described in BASIC language. A package of computer programs is developed. The package can teach concepts and processes related to chemistry at the undergraduate level. Sufficient details of the BASIC computer programming language itself are provided. The design and structure of programs which were written in Microsoft BASIC is also discussed. Sample execution for each program is given and the working of the program is incorporated in the documentation. A TRS-80 Model-III microcomputer has been used for testing all the programs developed. A literature review covering most of the computer assisted learning programs in BASIC for the past two decades has been provided.
