The manual is designed for use by Peace Corps field staff and volunteers planning an All Volunteers Conference. It provides an in-service event with objectives, designs, and theses for a conference and deals with how to organize committees, plan agendas, and handle logistical details. It also includes suggestions for social events. Materials can be used with minor modifications in planning other in-service workshops and meetings.
