Results and Analysis of Static and Dynamic Multipath in a Severe Atmospheric Environment

The analyzed data presented in the report come from several experiments conducted in the Pacific Missile Test Center, Point Mugu, California. The objective of the experiments was to evaluate the performance of digital microwave systems in anomalous propagation conditions. Simultaneous measurements were made of the performance of high bit-rate digital radio systems and the propagation conditions in the radio transmission channel. The transmission channel was monitored with the use of the ITS pseudorandom noise. It is the output data from this PN probe that are analyzed and evaluated in the report.
