Combined Assessment Program Review of the VA San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, California

摘要

The purpose was to evaluate selected activities, focusing on patient care administration and quality management, and to provide crime awareness training. We conducted the review the week of October 17, 2011. The review covered eight activities. We made no recommendations in the following activities: Coordination of Care; Medication Management; and Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Centers.
