Combined Assessment Program Review of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, February 13, 2012

The purpose was to evaluate selected activities, focusing on patient care administration and quality management, and to provide crime awareness training. We conducted the review the week of November 14, 2011. The review covered eight activities. We made no recommendations in the following four activities: Colorectal Cancer Screening; Coordination of Care; Medication Management; and Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Centers.
