Summaries of Building Product Approval Procedures in Selected International Organizations and Foreign Countries

The report is aimed at improving the competitive posture of U.S. building product manufacturers in the international market by adapting products to building standards and practices of other countries. It studies and reports on the relevant approval and certification practices of the 27 major trading partners of the U.S. The import restrictions and principal foreign offices of each country and organizations are listed.
