This year's series of final reports presented to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council in January 1986 on the 1985 Texas closure will be the fifth year that the Southeast Fisheries Center has evaluated the Texas closure management measure. The report summarizes the SEFC findings reported to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management in January 1986.
