Forest Vegetation of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Central Colorado: A Habitat Type Classification

A vegetation classification based on concepts and methods developed by R. Daubenmire and refined by others was used to identify 30 forest habitat types on the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. Included were five habitat types in the Pinus ponderosa series.
