Procurement: Status of Prior GAO (General Accounting Office) Recommendations on Selected District of Columbia Procurement Activities

The report responds to Senator Specter's September 19, 1985 request, as modified by subsequent agreements with your office, that GAO review the status of recommendations to the District of Columbia government in three of our reports on procurement matters issued between June 1983 and April 1984. To determine the status and actions taken on our recommendations, GAO interviewed officials of the three organizations involved.
