User's Manual for ISADAB and SIBA, Computer Programs for Nonlinear Transverse Analysis of Highway Bridges Subjected to Static and Dynamic Lateral Loads

The document presents the user's manual for two computer programs for the nonlinear analysis of highway bridges subjected to horizontal forces. The programs are called ISADAB and SIBA. The former was developed in FORTRAN IV on a CYBER 730 mainframe and performs a variety of tasks ranging from static to earthquake analysis of bridges.
