摘要

The book presents a detailed account of stored-grain pests and infestation of grain and grain products by these pests. It also gives methods for detecting the visible and hidden infestations of the grain, grain stores and grain-milling plants. Also mentioned are the measures including physicomechanical and chemical methods for the control of these pests. The authors have studied the effect of pesticides and ionizing radiation on the quality of food and seed grains.
