The report concerns the project: 'Benchmark test of power curve computations'. The report concerns the specification of three multiblade rotors. For the rotors defined here, windtunnel measurements have been performed. The results of the measurements will be made available, when the participants in the project have presented the results of their computations. Besides the rotor specifications the report contains relevant profile characteristics.
