Report of EDA (Economic Development Administration) Technical Assistance Grant for Southwestern Illinois Business Revolving Loan Program

摘要

The purpose of the project was to design, establish, and implement operating procedures and policies for business credit assistance, which would supplement the existing capabilities of the Southwestern Illinois Areawide Business Development Finance Corporation. The grantee successfully accomplished these objectives and details each activity in the report. Also A14100 included in the report are sample survey forms used to determine lending practices of local financial institutions as well as the capital needs of local manufacturers and producers.
