Chemical kinetic data for reactions of importance in combustion chemistry are compiled. Experimental, theoretical, evaluated, or estimated rate constants are given for reactions of O, O3, H, H2, OH, HO2, H2O, N, N3, NO, NO2, N2O, NH, NH2, SH, H2S, SO, SO2, and the aliphatic, alicyclic, and heterocyclic saturated and unsaturated C1 to C15 hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, thiols, ethers, peroxides, amines, amides, and their free radicals. The data were taken from the literature published in 1983. Data omitted from Part 1 of the series, covering the period 1971 to 1982, are also included.
