Cryostat of High Stability AI (Artificial Intelligent) Control

摘要

Cryostat using AI (Artificial Intelligent) control for low temperature calibration was described. Its transducer as well as power unit, and particularly its AI controller was discussed in detail. The controller can several times improve the control quality while the related equipments all unchanged. For instance, the temperature stability in range 13 to 120 K was better than 0.4 mK/h, as the controller is certainly an excellent on-line adaptive control system. It provides itself with a series of functions as an excellent expert does. It is worthy to point out that all these functions were carried out just by means of a simplest microcomputer.
