摘要

Due to difference in manufacturing technology and materials used, the coefficients of heat flux sensors are not identical and also vary with temperature. In the article, the methods of the unification of coefficients and their temperature compensation by using thermistor - resistance networks are described. Their analytical errors are -0.5% to 2% in the range of -10 C to 50 C with one kind of circuit and within plus or minus 0.2% in the range of 0 C to 60 C with another kind of circuit.
