Development of Environmental Health Manpower

摘要

The document provides information on how the principles and methods of manpower planning and management can be applied to meet the qualitative needs of environmental health services. It focuses on the use of the professional profile as an educational planning tool so that services communicate their qualitative manpower needs to educational planners and curriculum designers and evaluators. Professional profiles of environmental manpower catagories, for example, food inspectors and sanitary engineers, are provided, as well as more general information on basic principles of health manpower development and training.
