The report includes information on similarities and differences between the Fort St. Vrain nuclear power plant near Denver, Colorado, and the nuclear power plant that exploded near Chernobyl, U.S.S.R. Also addressed are management and emergency preparedness deficiencies at the Fort St. Vrain plant.
