The document, Volume A, presents the technical findings of laboratory and field experiments conducted during spring 1986. The experiments were designed to measure the sensitivities of blueback herring and American shad eggs and larvae to pH and aluminum exposures associated with storm-induced acidification episodes in Coastal Plain streams. Data summaries of egg and larval survival, chemistry profiles for Lyons Creek plus water chemistry are included.
