Foreign Travel: Expenditures and Controls of the Corps of Engineers and Selected Other Agencies

The briefing report provides information on expenditures for, and controls exercised over, foreign travel by civil works employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps). The work is limited to a description of the Corps' and the selected agencies' procedures and controls and the pertinent sections of the Federal Travel Regulations.
