Trends in Spawning Populations of Pacific Anadromous Salmonids

Annual escapement records for 1968-1984 for five species of Pacific salmon-chinook (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), coho, (O. kisutch), sockeye (O. keta), pink (O. gorbuscha), and chum (O. keta)-and steelhead (Salmo gairdneri) were obtained from published and unpublished sources and organized in a computer data base. More than 25,500 escapement records were obtained for more than 1,100 locations throughout Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and California.
