Interactions of Cultured Human Endothelial Cells with Polymeric Surfaces

The aim of the study was to elucidate the mechanisms involved in the 'in vitro' interactions between seeded cultured human endothelial cells (EC) and polymers with different surface properties. Adhesion, spreading, proliferation and several other functions of cultured human EC have been investigated and related to the surface properties of the polymer substrates.
