Impedance Matching of RF Plasma

摘要

The characteristics of RF plasma and RF oscillator are derived theoretically, their interception determines the working point. Then follow the discussions of Colpitz circuit with emphasis on the impedance matching, the scaling, the stability and its industrial application. All predictions were confirmed by experiments.
