Estimating Releases and Waste Treatment Efficiencies for the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Form

The document provides an overview of methods for estimating releases of chemicals into the environment for facilities subject to reporting requirements of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986.
