Diffusion Chromizing of Alloys

Diffusion chromizing is an important thermochemical method used in the treatment of alloys. The monograph deals with the theory and practical application of the process. A description of various methods of chromizing and the physicochemical principles underlying the process is provided. Changes in the physiochemical properties of different alloys as a result of chromizing are studied. Industrial application of chromizing is discussed. The requirements of scientists, technologists and manufacturers working in the field of thermochemical treatment of metals have been kept in mind in preparing the monograph.
