Study Report of Methods to Improve the Application of State Traffic Records Systems - Phase 1

摘要

The report focuses on what existing State traffic records system can do and what characteristics are most likely to be associated with successful systems. What had the States developed in the two decades since passage of the Highway Safety Act, and how well do the systems meet current needs. In addition, the report also includes an evaluation of NHTSA's efforts to promote implementation of an integrated State records system.
