Susceptibility of Inland Douglas-fir to 'Rhabdocline' Needle Cast

Three family tests of Douglas-fir were scored for degree of needle damage caused by the needle cast fungus Rhabdocline pseudotsuge. Genetic variability was moderate. Family heritabilities were 34, 36, and 66. Heritabilities based upon individuals were 22, 28, and 41. Data could be used in Christmas tree or forest improvement programs.
