Issues for an Aging America: Employees and Eldercare: A Briefing Book

In 1985 the U.S. Administration on Aging provided funding for the Corporate Eldercare Project at the University of Bridgeport. This project surveyed employees of several corporations and carried out a program of supportive interventions in collaboration with the employee assistance programs of Pitney Bowes, Inc., People's Bank Inc, and Remington Product, Inc, all based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This Briefing Book brings together the findings of that project and some findings from related products. It also includes service program descriptions provided by a number of corporations, and services available to the corporate sector provided by selected services organizations.
